The Theme
The conference will be held under the theme: Africa of Tomorrow: Positioning PFM for Economic Prosperity. The theme highlights the need to reform PFM systems to respond to current and future challenges by leveraging innovation, artificial intelligence, digitalization, climate-responsive budgeting, and sound fiscal governance. By embracing these reforms, African governments can build resilience, boost public trust, and unlock the huge economic potential of the countries and the continent.
The venue
The 3rd AAAG Conference will be held at the iconic Accra International Conference Centre (AICC), Ghana’s premier meeting venue, renowned for hosting high-profile international conferences and events.
AICC is strategically located in Accra’s central business district, within close proximity to key landmarks such as the Parliament of Ghana, the Accra Sports Stadium, and Independence Square. Its prime location offers convenient access to a wide range of hotel accommodations and business centres, making it an ideal choice for both local and international events. We are pleased to share that His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, the President of the Fourth Republic of Ghana, will formally open the 3rd AAAG Conference in Accra, Ghana on November 24, 2025 at the Accra International Conference Centre.
